Chicken Meatloaf
Ingredients
1 Bag ground chicken
1/4 cup ish of almond flour
1 egg
Harissa pepper sauce
Corn ( frozen or fresh)
Peas (frozen or fresh)
Salt & peppa
Method
Throw everything into a bowl and mix with well. Grease a a deep meat loaf like pan and place mixture into pan.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
Take off foil and bake for an additional 15minutes.
NOTES
This dish is quite spicy, so if you want to make it a little less spicy trade out the harissa sauce for ketchup. As for the veggies you can also use whatever you like if not corn and peas.
